Other Pets Allowed:
We are a pet friendly community. We accept 2 pets per apartment home. We allow pets such as dogs, cats, guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, fish (tanks under 50 gallons) or small birds. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. There is a weight limit of 50 pounds per pet and aggressive breed such as Pit bulls, German shepherd, Siberian huskies, Rottweiler, Chows, Dobermans or any other breed that is known to be dangerous, or that is banned by law, are prohibited.
